This 7 day long expedition starts just North of Boise, Idaho.

Idaho Backcountry Expedition: A 7-Day Adventure

Embark on a thrilling 7-day expedition through Idaho’s rugged backcountry, starting just north of Boise and concluding in Sand Point, ID. This adventure will take you through some of the state’s most remote and stunning landscapes.

Overview

Our journey begins north of Boise and leads us through the diverse terrains of the Boise National Forest, the scenic Sawtooth Wilderness, and the pristine Salmon River. We’ll traverse the expansive Frank Church-River of No Return Wilderness before making our way to the lush Coeur d’Alene National Forest, and finally, arriving in Sand Point.

Throughout the trip, you’ll experience the natural beauty of Idaho’s hidden gems, from alpine lakes and meadows to deep canyons and serene riverbanks. Each night will be spent camping in breathtaking locations, where you can enjoy delicious meals and share stories around the campfire.

Note: Ensure your vehicle has a minimum 300-mile fuel range, and carry extra fuel if needed, as fuel stations are limited in the backcountry. If you have a gasoline vehicle, there are some backcountry fuel stops within that 300 mile range, gas is $10.00/gallon

• Dinners on this Expedition will be group meal based. We will work as a team to have healthy and delicious meals every night, we will have a planning call before the expedition to go over the route and and assign roles to each member of the team, this includes food for dinners.
• Breakfast and lunch are on your own and will be on the trail.
