Base Trip Pricing

A base trip is for guide services only. Wild Terrain Expeditions will accompany a trip and guide participants along the designated route that is provided by you. We offer multi-day guided trips with comprehensive route planning, expert guidance, and support vehicles:

• 2-Day Trip: $2,500
• 3-Day Trip: $3,500
• 4-Day Trip: $4,500

Additional Costs

For a fully customized experience, we offer additional services to enhance your adventure:

Catering Organization

Wild Terrain Expeditions can organize catering for your event, ensuring delicious meals throughout your journey.

• Requires a 60% upfront deposit, starting at:
  • $2,430 for a 2-Day Trip
  • $3,645 for a 3-Day Trip
  • $4,860 for a 4-Day Trip
• Minimum of 15 people required for catering services

Commercial Use Permits

If your trip requires commercial use permits, Wild Terrain Expeditions can handle the process for you.

• $850 per permit required for the event

Package Event Pricing

For companies and larger groups looking for an all-inclusive adventure, we offer fully managed event packages. These packages include expert guidance, support vehicles, educational courses, and logistical planning:

• 2-Day Package Event: $12,000
• 3-Day Package Event: $16,000
• 4-Day Package Event: $19,000

Package Event Details

• Includes up to 12 participant vehicles and 2 organizer vehicles
• 2 Wild Terrain Expeditions support vehicles provided
• Covers a total of 25 people per event
• Clients can choose from our educational course offerings:
  • 2-Day Event: Select 1 course
  • 3-Day Event: Select 2 courses
  • 4-Day Event: Select 3 courses
